Terms of service

These terms are between you and My Store, Laker Weg 23, 26969 Butjadingen, Germany. The store sells goods through Shopify checkout.

• A contract is formed when Shopify sends the order confirmation. Placing an item in the cart is not an order.
• The price, tax, and shipping cost shown at checkout are the amounts you pay. The currency is EUR.
• Payment is collected by Shopify checkout. Do not send card numbers by email or through the contact form.
• An item can be purchased only when it is available. If an item cannot be supplied after payment, the store cancels that part of the order and refunds the amount paid for it.
• Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receive them.
• Shipping and returns follow the shipping policy and the return and refund policy on this website.

Where Germany is the store country, the law of that country governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protection of the law of the country where you live.
