Shipping policy
Prices are in USD. The shipping method and delivery estimate that apply to an order are shown at checkout before you pay.
- United States: Standard International, 19.99 USD.
- European Union countries other than Germany: Standard International, 13.99 USD.
- Germany: Express, 9.99 USD.
- Germany: Standard is the amount shown at checkout. Checkout charges 0 for that Standard method when the order total is 55 USD or more. This store does not advertise free shipping on its own.
- Handling time: the order is handed to the carrier within 3 business days after payment is accepted. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the store country are not business days.
- Transit time: the estimate shown beside the shipping method at checkout.
- Duties and import charges for an international order are not included unless checkout adds them.
A delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate. It is not a guaranteed delivery date. If checkout cannot show a rate for your address, that address is outside the current shipping setup and the order cannot be placed.
