This policy covers change-of-mind returns and faulty goods. It is available without creating an account.

Withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day after you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. If a delivery has several parcels, the period starts on the day after you receive the last parcel.

To withdraw, send a clear statement through the contact form on this website. Include your name, order number, and what you want to return. You may use your own wording. Sending the statement before the 14 days end is enough to meet the deadline.

Send the goods back within 14 days after you send that statement. You pay the cost of sending the return unless the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Use a trackable service and keep the proof of postage.

If you withdraw, My Store refunds all payments received from you for the goods, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard method offered, the extra amount is not refunded. The refund is sent to the original payment method within 14 days after the withdrawal statement is received. The refund may be delayed until the goods are received back or you supply proof of postage, whichever is earlier.

You are responsible for any diminished value if you handle the goods beyond what is needed to inspect them as you would in a shop.

Exceptions

The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specification, goods that spoil quickly, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once the seal is broken for health or hygiene reasons, and digital content after delivery has started with your prior consent.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect goods

Contact the store through the contact form with your order number and a short description. Photographs help the review. My Store pays the return shipping for goods that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, and refunds or replaces them. This does not limit rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
